Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

We understand that life happens and appreciate your consideration and understanding. These policies help us provide the best possible care and maintain a respectful schedule for all clients.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect the therapist’s time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Package sessions missed without proper notice will be deducted from the package.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. The full service fee will still apply, as the appointment time was reserved for you. If you arrive too late to safely or effectively provide the service, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
